Concrete deck

W14 wide-flange main beams with W6 cross members, more than double the strength most competitors use. A galvanized deck pan and rebar sit on the cross members, keeping 8 inches of concrete above the neutral axis and always in compression. That eliminates the potential for deck cracking and extends the life of the entire weighbridge.

Steel deck

W14 wide-flange main I-beams with W8 cross members. Stringers add support under the tire tread path, and 3/8" checker plate is welded to the top edge of the I-beams as the driving surface. Built for lasting accuracy under extreme traffic and axle loads.

Load cell mount

Located above the bottom of the weighbridge, self-checking, with stainless upper and lower receivers. Stands can raise clearance, and no wires, conduit or cells sit in harm's way below.

Single stainless steel NEMA 4 summation box eliminates secondary boxes, splices and water contamination.
Side access to load cells and junction box for faster troubleshooting and repair.
All components sit high above the bottom of the weighbridge, out of reach of debris.
All cabling runs in conduit under the top flange of the I-beam.
Easy adjustment and maintenance, even in winter.
Modules customized to fit existing foundations or custom sizes.
